Xavier Bignalet
Xavier Bignalet is security product marketing manager in charge of the secure element portfolio at Microchip Technology with more than 15 years' experience in the semiconductor industry. During the last 5 years at Microchip, he worked with global teams to develop the secure IoT authentication architectures used in the market today as well as focuses on counterfeit protection for disposable and accessory systems. Before joining Microchip, Xavier started his career in system architecture in analog, mixed-signal and power applications. Starting in 2012, he transitioned to business responsibilities and became the product line manager for several mixed signal portfolios, in parallel to contributing to integration activities. Since 2015, he has specialized in embedded IoT and security technologies at Microchip. He earned a Master of Science Degree in Electronic Engineering from the CESI school of Engineering in Toulouse, France.
