Andreas Jarosch

Andreas Jarosch is a passionate engineer with two engineering degrees - one in software and one in electrical engineering. He has been working in automotive Systems-/Software engineering at Daimler and BMW for the past 15 years in various roles and thus experiencing SW series development from various exciting angles. Currently, he is the responsible SW-Lead defining the new SW-Architecture-Platform for the upcoming generation of vehicle displays and bringing it into series, collaborating with various suppliers from all over the world. He enjoys this international interaction, engaging with smart and motivated SW-experts and solving the puzzles, which the embedded universe throws at him.

Build your Own Embedded Middleware

This talk aims to provide attendees with a basic understanding of middleware, its relationship with distributed systems, communication protocols, and the system structure of an embedded system. With these fundamentals in place, attendees will be introduced to a toolbox of design patterns that can be used to systematically design a message-based middleware that is tailored to the problems at hand. This talk will be a great opportunity for attendees to learn about the latest trends and best practices in middleware design and implementation.
