Leonard Dieguez is a Senior Principal FPGA Digital Design and Systems Engineer with 30 years of experience. He has led projects in Software Defined Radio (SDR) and laser communication systems. Leonard is CTO and co-founder of Koliber Biosciences, a pioneering computational biology company that leverages an advanced AI platform for the discovery and optimization of peptides, and founder of Koliber Engineering where he has applied his expertise in digital design and DSP. He holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of South Florida. Leonard’s career includes pivotal roles at major companies like GA-ASI, GA-EMS, and L3Harris, where he has driven technological advancements in both commercial and defense sectors.
