Eli Hughes

Eli Hughes is a Pro Support Engineer at NXP, supporting customers with both hardware design and firmware across NXP’s microcontroller and application processor families. In addition to his support role, he creates technical content highlighting NXP products in practical, real-world scenarios. He draws upon his past experience at the Penn State Applied Research Lab, where he performed research and development in embedded systems, sensors, robotics, undersea vehicles, and space science. He has also lectured on microcontrollers, FPGAs and circuit theory at Penn State University’s EE Department. Outside of work, Eli is a guitarist and woodworking enthusiast.
